Ian's Exterior Cleaning is a Kildare-based exterior cleaning company offering window cleaning, gutter cleaning, power washing, roof cleaning, soft washing, fascia and soffit cleaning, and conservatory cleaning to homeowners across County Kildare and into Dublin. Ian runs a subscription-based service model — customers sign up for regular 6 or 12 weekly window cleaning rounds, with automated payments processed through Stripe after every clean and text reminders sent the day before each visit.
It's a smart, modern way to run an exterior cleaning business. Getting there required a complete rebuild — of the website and the business model behind it.
THE CHALLENGE
Ian came to us with two problems, not one.
The first was straightforward. His existing website wasn't working. It wasn't ranking on Google, wasn't generating enquiries, and wasn't reflecting the quality of the service he was delivering. For a skilled exterior cleaner with a growing customer base, it was holding the business back.

That's a fundamentally different website to build. It needed to clearly explain a new concept to customers, handle online bookings, integrate with a payment processor, and still rank on Google for every service Ian offers across Kildare.

The 4-step process — choose your plan, get booked in, receive a text reminder, get cleaned and pay automatically — is communicated clearly and simply throughout the site. Stripe payment integration was built in so every payment is handled automatically after each clean, with no manual invoicing and no awkward conversations about money.

Service area coverage was built out across the county including Naas, Newbridge, Celbridge, Maynooth, Leixlip, Lucan, Athy, and beyond.
The site was built on a solid technical foundation — fast loading, mobile-first, and structured correctly for Google to crawl and rank from day one.
